Let’s face it, none of us are getting any younger, so we decided not to wait another 5 or 10 years after our last reunion to get together. So why not celebrate us all turning 70 years old! We are planning 2 fun events for Friday afternoon and Saturday night. All the events will be free, but we will gladly accept cash or check donations to help offset some of our costs.

Friday afternoon, Sept. 25th, 12:30-5:30pm

We’ll get together at the shelter house in Loose Park and remember all the good times we had in our favorite park. And we might have some yard games too. The weather should be beautiful in late September!
We won’t be cooking any food, but we’ll have some light snacks – drinks, chips and cookies. So, we suggest maybe having a big breakfast or grabbing an early lunch before you come.

Saturday night, Sept. 26th, 6:00-10:00pm

We’ll meet at Minskys Pizza at 51st & Main. I mean, what’s a birthday party without some pizza?
There will be a cash bar, pizza, salad and of course, some birthday cake.
Minskys Pizza’s event space is actually the Eggct. restaurant – 5107 Main St, at the south end of the building. We will enter through that door. There is plenty of parking in the Visitation Church parking lot.

We would like to get a headcount on the events so we know how much food to order. We have to turn in our order to Minskys on Sept. 16th. Please email us and tell us if you plan to attend Friday afternoon, Saturday night, or both events and if you will be bringing a guest.
